1. General

By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current.

All products are independently sourced and we are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any of the brands listed, unless otherwise stated.

3. Product Condition

Products are classified as follows:

Brand New (Unworn – Parallel Import):
Items are brand new and unused, sourced through independent channels. Manufacturer warranty may not apply.
Pre-Owned:
Items may show signs of wear consistent with usage. Condition descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge.

4. Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that all items sold are 100% authentic. Each product undergoes inspection prior to sale.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Availability is not guaranteed and items may be withdrawn at any time.

Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed payment.

6. Appointment & Viewing Policy

All viewings are strictly by appointment only.

Appointments must be scheduled at least 3 calendar days in advance, and are subject to availability.
A deposit of $1,000 may be required to secure an appointment slot.

Deposit Terms:

The deposit serves as a commitment fee for the reserved appointment slot.
Deposits are non-refundable in the event of:
- No-show
- Cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
The deposit shall be forfeited if the client fails to attend the appointment at the scheduled time without prior notice.
Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and are subject to availability. Approved reschedules may allow the deposit to be transferred to a new appointment slot.

Utilisation of Deposit:

The deposit may be applied toward the purchase of the item if a transaction is completed during the appointment.

We reserve the right to release the appointment slot and retain the deposit if the above conditions are not met.

7. Payment Terms

We accept payment via approved payment methods as communicated.

Full payment or a deposit may be required to secure an item
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All confirmed sales are final
Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated
Exchanges or returns are not accepted unless agreed upon under exceptional circumstances

9. Warranty

Brand New (Parallel Import): Manufacturer warranty may not apply. In-house warranty may be provided where applicable.
Pre-Owned: Warranty (if any) will be stated in the product listing

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.
